I've just received our new gecko pro model incubator and I'm so far very pleased with how it looks. Finding a decent sized cooling and heating incubator is not easy, so I was excited to find this one and look forward to seeing how it does for our purposes!

This is was an excellent addition to my terrarium. My snake, Solestè, loves it! She hides in it all the time like it’s her Ancient Aztec snake temple! For my next purchase, I plan to get the Exoterra Aztec Waterfall and possibly do an Aztec-Ancient Greek themed blended terrarium! It’ll be a total mash-up! Thanks Wilbanks!
I was nervous at first as this would’ve been my first boa ordered online but those nerves quickly went away. Wilbanks is very Communicative and answered every question i had. I recently bought the 16L incubator. July of 25. I do have to say that the instructions are minimal and lacking. I could not get the temperature of the incubator to match two thermometers inside of it. After some frustration I did text Wilbanks describing my problem. Within less than an hour I had already received a text back from wilbanks with a video of how to do a factory reset on the 16L. It worked perfectly. Now the temperature readings are all within 2 tenths of a degree and holding. This company has great customer service. The shipping was also fast as well. Thank you Wilbanks Staff!!!!

Wilbanks once again shines through with this substrate. We bought two 70L bags of it to use in a 4'x2'x18" enclosure and one bag provided about ~3-4" of substrate across the enclosure which was perfect. Super easy to clean, holds moisture when you want/need it to, not noticeably dusty, and overall an outstanding substrate!
We purchased the 4'x2'x18" VE sliding glass door enclosure for our Malagasy Giant Hognose and after purchasing several other brands' enclosures, I can say these blow all of those other enclosures out of the water! It is solid, no issues with assembly, and very sturdy; ultimately looks like something that would have cost double or triple its price tag. Can't recommend these enough!

So far so good. Keeps better zone differential that DHP or any other style heaters. Looks way better that any other styles of heaters.
I absolutely love this heat panel and so does my water monitor. I love how slim it is and I can’t see it unless I’m looking at the ceiling of the enclosure.

Works great for my 8 foot tropical enclosure. Hot spot is set at 95 and it’s been consistent per the parameters of my thermostat (+\- 3 degrees). I am concerned about the metal that is exposed, though. Other heating panels are fully covered so there is no exposed metal but this one is not. Of the 18x17 sides, the side against the roof of the enclosure isn’t covered (perfectly fine) the side that points down into the enclosure is (which is good) but of the 4, 5/8 inch sides only 2 of them are covered. I realize this is only a small amount of exposed metal but my arboreal snake that is constantly climbing can easily extend to it and burn himself potentially. I had to build a square rubber “cage” and put it around it to prevent this (similar concept to the circular cages around some heat emitter bulbs). This wouldn’t be a problem most likely with most animals though in my opinion.
I love this spray. It helped clean up a tank and sanitize it well after I had purchased it of FB market. It doesn't have a strong smell and I feel relieved using it, knowing I am providing my reptiles with a safe environment.
