This is was an excellent addition to my terrarium. My snake, Solestè, loves it! She hides in it all the time like it’s her Ancient Aztec snake temple! For my next purchase, I plan to get the Exoterra Aztec Waterfall and possibly do an Aztec-Ancient Greek themed blended terrarium! It’ll be a total mash-up! Thanks Wilbanks!

I was nervous at first as this would’ve been my first boa ordered online but those nerves quickly went away. Wilbanks is very Communicative and answered every question i had. My new boa arrived alive and healthy. She has acclimated well to her new enclosure.! VERY HAPPY! Will be buying from here agin soon.

The title says it all, what more could one ask for?

I recently bought the 16L incubator. July of 25. I do have to say that the instructions are minimal and lacking. I could not get the temperature of the incubator to match two thermometers inside of it. After some frustration I did text Wilbanks describing my problem. Within less than an hour I had already received a text back from wilbanks with a video of how to do a factory reset on the 16L. It worked perfectly. Now the temperature readings are all within 2 tenths of a degree and holding. This company has great customer service. The shipping was also fast as well. Thank you Wilbanks Staff!!!!
