From communication after purchase, accommodating a ship date, packaging, and finally the gecko. Everything about this process was perfect. After giving the little one some time to settle in a quarantine tub, it got moved to its grow out enclosure, and immediately ate prepared gecko diet, dusted dubia, and even chased down a few waxwork moths as a treat. Will definitely be buying another Chahoua from Wilbanks… and it’s in my cart right now!

This is our 4th wilbanks snake and 1st kingsnake. Hes super sweet and like our ball pythons, his scales are so smooth and just a very high quality snake.

I've just received our new gecko pro model incubator and I'm so far very pleased with how it looks. Finding a decent sized cooling and heating incubator is not easy, so I was excited to find this one and look forward to seeing how it does for our purposes!
