In many cases, we can create an Official Certificate of Hatch for qualifying reptiles purchased from Wilbanks in the past using our historical records.
We are often able to locate the original hatch information, genetics, and even the original baby photo used when the animal was first listed by Wilbanks.
Simply purchase the Certificate of Hatch and include the name of the person who originally purchased the animal from Wilbanks in the order notes at checkout. Additional information is helpful, but in many cases we can locate the records from our archives.

Every animal is shipped FedEx Priority Overnight for safe, next-morning delivery.
We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed before 5 PM Central often ship the same day.
You may request a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we do our best to accommodate, please ensure someone is available to receive your animal upon arrival.
If your shipment has not arrived by 10:30 AM, contact us immediately at (405) 604-3525 so we can assist. Once marked “delivered,” the shipment is considered received.
