We want you to be happy with any animal purchased from us and we are here to help with questions, concerns or just general care advice. In most cases we will be able to accommodate return requests to ensure your experience with Wilbanks, Inc. exceeds your expectations.

All of our animals are Captive Bred right here at our Oklahoma City facility. Therefore the babies we sell are generally very tame and friendly. Most temperament problems are very short term and will resolve once the animal is adjusts to its new environment. In some cases we will agree to an exchange for temperament after we have exhausted other efforts. Occasionally when a reptile is moved into a completely new environment feeding issues can arise. We take these very seriously and will be here every step of the way to help resolve these issues. If we have tried to resolve the feeding issue and the animal still will not eat, we will be happy to exchange the animal for you. We will send you a return label and once the animal is received we will ship your replacement animal. 

Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a 100% Live Arrival And Health Guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your animal(s) to qualify for our live arrival guarantee. After that we have a 7 day health guarantee. We warranty that any animal received from Wilbanks, Inc. will be healthy and 100% mite free. You must notify Wilbanks, Inc. within this 7 day period of any health concerns in order to qualify for this guarantee.

Genetics Guarantee

With over three decades of experience with reptile genetic mutations we are experts of identifying. All recessive traits both homozygous and heterozygous are 100% guaranteed by Wilbanks, Inc. When it comes to multiple genetic traits and the complexity of identification we will not be able to guarantee all traits unless genetic testing is requested. We rarely make identification mistakes. In the rare instance that an error in identification is made, please contact us to discuss your particular issue. Again, we want our customers to be happy and therefore will will make every effort. to come up with a satisfactory resolution.

Sex Guarantee

Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We are experts at determining sex of reptiles. Please confirm the sex yourself within 7 days of receipt of your animal and inform us within that time in order to be eligable for an exchange.

REFUND POLICY

We cannot offer any cash refunds or credit card refunds for any reason, exchange only.  No refunds on any payments.  Any disputes must be handled outside of the credit card charge back process. All returns of live animals are strictly at the discretion of Wilbanks, Inc. We cannot guarantee your husbandry practices and therefore there is no guarantee longer than 7 days. We must be notified of any concern within 7 days of receipt of your animal for an exchange to be considered. Once an exchange is agreed to by Wilbanks, Inc. we will send you a return Fedex label to return your animal to us. Once we receive the animal we will make arrangements to ship your exchange animal to you.
