Arcadia reptile lamps are specially formulated to produce light in the UVB and UVA wavebands, as well as visible light and use a special glass formulation designed to allow through far more of the UVB and UVA. Every animal is shipped FedEx Priority Overnight for safe, next-morning delivery.
We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed before 5 PM Central often ship the same day.
You may request a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we do our best to accommodate, please ensure someone is available to receive your animal upon arrival.
If your shipment has not arrived by 10:30 AM, contact us immediately at (405) 604-3525 so we can assist. Once marked “delivered,” the shipment is considered received.
