Live Animal Shipping (within the United States)
All live animals are shipped using Fedex priority overnight shipping.
Live animals are only shipped Monday-Thursday.
We ship FAST. If you place your order before 5:00pm central time in most cases we can ship your order same day for delivery the very next morning to your door by 10:30am.
When adding an animal to the cart there is a box where you can put a desired delivery date. This is a request and it is not a guarantee that your order will arrive that day. We will make every effort to meet this request because we like our customers to be happy. Please ensure that someone will be home to receive the package on the delivery day.
These are live animals and ensuring that the animal arrives in good condition is our highest priority. Your shipment should arrive by 10:30am. Depending on your location some shipments will be delivered to your door by 12:00 pm Noon. When the shipment is processed a Fedex tracking number is automatically sent to the email address you provided. This will allow you to track you shipment. We do not require a signature because in the past when someone fails to answer the door, the box rides around on the truck all day. So, please check your front porch frequently the morning that your animal is due to be delivered. If you do not receive your shipment by 10:30am, please CALL or TEXT 1-405-604-3525 to inform us there is a problem. We need to be involved from the beginning to ensure the problem is corrected in a timely manner. A missed shipment is rare but this is not the time to use the convenience of email. We need to help track the shipment, inform Fedex and ensure that the animal arrives to you in good condition. These are live animals and we as the recipient of the shipment you have a responsibility to help ensure they are delivered. If Fedex shows that the box was delivered to your front porch, we will assume that you have received the shipment.
We export to most countries ($3500 minimum order)
For International shipments, we are export specialists and are ready to make your reptile dreams come true. We welcome International Orders and are very familiar with export procedures. There is no charge for CITES permits. CITES permits are now available immediately and we are shipping export orders weekly! We have shipped to most countries in the world and we will make it very easy for you. We offer FREE shipping on international orders over $7500 unless the order has already been discounted significantly. All other orders will be shipped for a flat $650. This price covers everything involved on our end of the export including CITES permit, USDA Veterinary Certificate, USFWS Inspection, transport costs, box fees, broker fees, heat/cool packs, and Shipping to your nearest international airport. Export to Canada
We ship to Canada monthly. No minimum order.
Shipping to Canada is $150 for Fedex delivery to your door. We consolidate all Canadian exports and ship them monthly to our import partners in Canada. They will ship your animals via Fedex to your door. Please contact us via the text link at the bottom of the page to inquire about when our next Canada shipment will ship.
Live Animal Return Policy
At Wilbanks, Inc. we strive to please every customer in every way. We want you to be happy with any animal purchased from us and we are here to help with questions, concerns or just general care advice. In most cases we will be able to accommodate return requests to ensure your experience with Wilbanks, Inc. exceeds your expectations.
All of our animals are Captive Bred right here at our Oklahoma City facility. Therefore the babies we sell are generally very tame and friendly. Most temperament problems are very short term and will resolve once the animal is adjusts to its new environment. In some cases we will agree to an exchange for temperament after we have exhausted other efforts. Occasionally when a reptile is moved into a completely new environment feeding issues can arise. We take these very seriously and will be here every step of the way to help resolve these issues. If we have tried to resolve the feeding issue and the animal still will not eat, we will be happy to exchange the animal for you. We will send you a return label and once the animal is received we will ship your replacement animal.
We cannot offer any cash refunds or credit card refunds for any reason, exchange only. No refunds on any payments. Any disputes must be handled outside of the credit card charge back process. All returns of live animals are strictly at the discretion of Wilbanks, Inc. We cannot guarantee your husbandry practices and therefore there is no guarantee longer than 24 hours. We must be notified within 24 hours of any concern for an exchange to be considered. Once an exchange is agreed to by Wilbanks, Inc. we will send you an invoice for the shipping payment to be made prior to us sending the return labels. Upon receipt we will email you a Fedex return label to return your animal to us. Once we receive the animal we will make arrangements to ship your exchange animal to you.
Live Arrival Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you alive, in good condition and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt.
The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
