- Live animals ship FedEx Priority Overnight.
- We ship Monday through Thursday to reduce the risk of weekend delays. Friday shipping is available for Saturday delivery for an additional fee when needed.
- Orders placed before 5 PM Central will often ship the same day when conditions allow.
- You may request a preferred delivery date when placing your order.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment upon arrival.

Make sure someone is present to receive the package on the scheduled delivery day.
Open Promptly
Open the box soon after delivery and check your animal right away.
Settle In
Place your animal into its enclosure and give it time to settle into its new environment.
If your live animal has not arrived by 10:30 AM, please contact us immediately so we can assist. Once a shipment is marked “delivered,” it is considered received.
